- High Season surcharge (15 July until 31 August) at USD 15 net per room, per night
- Peak Season surcharge (22 December until 5 January) at USD 25 net per room, per night
- Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31 December: USD 50 net per adult and USD 30 per child (6-12 years old). Free of charge for 0-5 years old.
